More than just decorating your home, staging is the art and science of selling your home at the highest value in the shortest amount of time. We highly recommend staging your home, especially if your place will be vacant during showings.
After staging has been completed, we will book a professional photographer to take photos of your home that we will use for your listing on the MLX and in many different print and digital marketing mediums including our social media outlets, our website, and brochures. As most potential buyers shop for homes online before ever stepping foot inside, these stunning photos will ensure you make the best first impression possible!
Professional Calling/Showing Service
We hire a professional calling/showing service, because we know the value of being organized and keeping track of all showings. When you open your home for Realtors to show potential buyers, you can rest assured that we are documenting who is showing and what time they come and go. Your home is your castle and we want you to feel safe and comfortable with everyone who is walking into it.
As offers come in, we will handle negotiations on your behalf with your needs and desires first and foremost. After you have accepted an offer, we will ensure all the documentation is conveyed to the appropriate parties. Once the sale is firm, it’s time for you to celebrate while we handle the closing details.
